Rollie Carrillo

Rollie Carrillo has been an agent with Scott & Quinn Real Estate since 2001.  He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations & Marketing in 1990.  He then worked for the state of Arizona in international tourism marketing and later worked for the Hilton Hotel group as a Marketing Director.

He became interested in real estate after purchasing and renovating numerous properties in the Metro area. Several of his projects have been nominated for neighborhood redevelopment and improvement awards. One of Rollie's long-term goals and passions is to rehabilitate older properties or to develop new tasteful and affordable low to moderate income housing and rental units in the older neighborhoods of San Diego. He is a big proponent of the "neighborhood village" concept now being pushed forward by city officials and council members.

Rollie is experienced in all areas of residential, commercial and investment real estate.  He is a partner in the Adams Avenue location and works mainly from that office. He is very familiar with and knows all areas of San Diego.  Rollie is a native San Diegan and currently lives in South Mission Beach.
