Fiona Theseira is a licensed real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, including a strong foundation in the mortgage industry. Specializing in helping clients buy and sell residential properties across San Diego County, Fiona combines in-depth market knowledge with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Her expertise and guidance empower clients to make confident, informed decisions at every stage of the transaction.

Fiona is an active leader in the real estate industry. She is a member of the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® and was honored as the 2016 REALTOR® of the Year by her Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® peers. She serves on the Federal Technology Committee at the National Association of REALTORS® and invests at the RPAC Golden R level. At the California Association of REALTORS®, Fiona serves as a Director and contributes to several key committees, including Communications and Advisory, Transaction and Regulatory, and Home Ownership Housing.

Her leadership within the Women’s Council of REALTORS® has included roles such as 2011 San Diego Chapter President, State DVP, Governor, Meeting Planner, Meeting Planning Chair, 2019 State President, and 2022 California State Liaison.

Fiona is also deeply engaged with the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), currently serving as Finance Leader/President-Elect for California and as a member of the National Educational Committee.

Originally from Southern England, Fiona has called San Diego home since 1990. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running, and traveling, whether for leisure or to participate in races.
